Reforming Technical Cooperation for Capacity Development - Kyrgyzstan was a project carried out by CASE and CASE-Kyrgyzstan in a period August 2001-January 2002. Its coordinator was Jacek Cukrowski, participants were Marek Dabrowski, Radzislawa Gortat and Roman Mogilevskij.
The project was a part of a global UNDP project 'Reforming Technical Cooperation for Capacity Development'. The report, which discussed international assistance to six countries, among them Kyrgyzstan, appeared in October 2002.
