EU financial assistance available to local and regional authorities in Mediterranean partner countries
The main goal of the project is preparation of a file note (to be published in the form of a brochure) gathering information on all programmes and financial instruments open to Mediterranean partner countries. The information presented in the publication will provide an update in the light of the ENI mid-term review.
CASE experts prepare the note which should describe the general features of funds in place at the EU and national level and suggest easiest ways of accessing these for the local and regional authorities in enlargement countries.
The note will cover other funding opportunities available within the EU programmes open to the Mediterranean partner countries, including (but not limited to): Erasmus+, TAIEX, SIGMA, Horizon 2020, Creative Europe, etc.
The note will be published in the form of a brochure to be used as a guide for local and regional authorities in the enlargement countries. It should therefore be presented as a user-friendly overview, following a similar structure as in the CoR publication "EU financial assistance available to local and regional authorities in Eastern Partnership Countries".
