Comprehensive Development Framework

Description:

At the request of President Askar Akayev and the UNDP, in August 2000, Marek Dabrowski participated in preparation of the Comprehensive Development Framework (a long term development scenario initiated by the World Bank in a number of developing countries). The report entitled "Comprehensive Development Framework for Kyrgyzstan. A Concept of the Final Document" (available in Russian and English) contained both methodological and substantial recommendations and was presented to President Askar Akayev, Government of Kyrgyzstan, National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, UNDP, World Bank and donor community.
