The Center for Social and Economic Research -CASE Ukraine- and the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) are presenting the results of the research conducted under ENEPO, the EU Eastern Neighbourhood: Economic Potential and Future Development project.  ENEPO is implemented under and financially supported by the EU's Sixth Framework Programme.

The project seeks to provide analyses of the different aspects of the European Union's relations with its Eastern neighbours.  The research centered on key areas, for example, the development gap, trade relations, energy policy, potential labour migration, and institutional harmonization, etc.

The project is implemented by a consortium of eleven partner institutes through 2005-2009 that was led by CASE (Warsaw).
The seminar will be a part of ENEPO seminar series also organized in Russia, Moldova, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan.
At the Kyiv seminar the NUPI and CASE Ukraine experts will present on regional inequality & convergence and institutional harmonization aspects of European integration.
To participate in the event we have invited representatives of European Commission, World Bank, UNDP, European Embassies, the Ministry of the economy as well as experts of leading Ukrainian think tanks.
