About the webinar:

Institutional reforms are critical for strengthening the rule of law, improving the business climate and protecting civil rights in a war-torn Ukraine. They also constitute the initial cluster of the forthcoming EU accession negotiation agenda. A substantial part of a joint CASE Ukraine and CASE report on 'Economic Priorities in Post-war Ukraine', published in February 2023, was devoted to this question. Now, a year after the report's publication, the invited panellists will discuss what has changed in the institutional sphere, and the rule of law in Ukraine in 2023. They will also focus on the agenda for further reforms.
