Analysis of the Social Effects of the Poverty Reduction Strategy in Armenia


Description

The aim of the project was to assist the Armenian government in carrying out and monitoring the implementation of the strategy, and defining the criteria which enable an assessment of its effects on reducing poverty. Within the project, workshops were carried out in Yerevan focusing on the problems of activating the unemployed and the social security system. The aim was to increase the qualifications of civil servants working at the Ministry of Social Policy and the Labor Office. Irena Topińska, Artur Radziwiłł and Mateusz Walewski participated in the project.
