The sources of economic growth in Ukraine after 1998 currency crisis and the country's prospects

Joint project of CASE and CASE-Ukraine, financed by the World Bank and co-coordinated by Małgorzata Jakubiak was carried out in 2002 (with dissemination activities in 2003). The project's goal was to analyze the sources of economic growth in Ukraine in 1999-2001 and discussing prospects and conditions of continuing economic growth for the next two-three years.

The report titled "The sources of economic growth in Ukraine after 1998 currency crisis and the country's prospects" was prepared by a team consisting of Malgorzata Antczak, Artsem Boichanka, Marek Dabrowski, Vladmir Dubrovskiy, Inna Golodniuk, Malgorzata Jakubiak, Yurij Kuz'myn, Anna Myslinska, Jacek H. Schirmer and Magdalena Tomczynska published within in CASE Reports No. 55. The first draft of the report was discussed during the World Bank videoconference on 7 October 2002, and the final version was presented during the World Bank seminar in Kiev on 24 March 2003.
