Supporting the Achievement of the Millennium Development Goals in Asia and the Pacific

Within the project the linkages between Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers and the MDGs in six transition countries: Armenia, Azerbeijan, Georgia, Kyrgyz Republic, Mongolia, and Tajikistan were researched. CASE experts (Roman Mogilevskiy, Victor Baramia and Mushegh Tumasyan) analyzed progress towards MDG attainment in each of these countries and analyzed key features of PRSPs. Against this background, they discussed the linkages and consistencies between MDGs and PRSPs.
