Analysis of pro-export, innovative businesses and product or service groups of the Polish economy that have promotional potential on foreign markets

The project aims to develop the analysis of innovative industries and product or service groups of the Polish economy, which have pro-export potential and could be promoted on foreign markets. The study is implemented in four stages:

  1. Ranking sectors, products or service groups, according to two criteria: (i) innovation and (ii) export capacity, and on that basis preparing export-oriented Innovative Industries Index.
  2. Creation of a list of industries and products that meet the criteria of innovation and export capacity; then choosing 20 industries, which will undergo a thorough comparative analysis.
  3. Creation of an econometric model based on twenty proposed sectors, which will be used to measure the impact of EU funds on export development.
  4. Presentation of the results and findings of the study, along with recommendations concerning innovative sectors that have potential to be promoted on foreign markets.
