CASE Białoruś - Centrum Analiz Społeczno-Ekonomicznych Białoruś jest pozarządową organizacją non-profit, założoną w maju 2007 r. przez CASE - Centrum Analiz Społeczno-Ekonomicznych z siedzibą w Warszawie, CASE Ukraina z siedzibą w Kijowie oraz przedstawicieli Centrum Badań IPM (Mińsk, Białoruś).

Celem CASE Białoruś jest wspomaganie badań naukowych oraz wspieranie rozwoju społeczno-ekonomicznego. Fundacja realizuje swe cele poprzez inicjowanie, organizowanie, finansowanie i realizowanie:

• działalności badawczej w dziedzinie nauk ekonomicznych, polityki gospodarczej i społecznej Białorusi, krajów Wspólnoty Państw Niepodległych i Unii Europejskiej, reform gospodarczych i instytucjonalnych oraz integracji europejskiej;
• doradztwa naukowego w zakresie polityki gospodarczej i społecznej;
• rozpowszechniania wyników badań oraz działalności publicystycznej i informacyjnej;
• organizowania konferencji i seminariów dla naukowców, studentów, polityków gospodarczych, dziennikarzy i pracowników administracji publicznej;
• stypendiów i nagród dla osób prowadzących działalności naukowo-badawczą w dziedzinie rozwijania wiedzy o gospodarce i społeczeństwie;
• staży ekspertów naukowych i gospodarczych;
