“The Future of Europe”: join the CASE 25th Anniversary Conference

We are happy to announce that registration for the CASE 25th Anniversary Conference “The Future of Europe – Central and Eastern Europe in a Comparative Perspective” is now open.

The Conference will take place on November 17-18 at the Radisson Blu Centrum Hotel, Warsaw (ul. Grzybowska 25 A). Conference speakers include Anders AslundLeszek BalcerowiczAndré Sapir, Simeon DjankovNauro Campos, Martin Kahanec, Alexander Pivovarsky, Ivan Mikloš, and Marek Dąbrowski, who will touch upon issues such as the future of the Euro (and Europe more generally), Ukraine’s current economic situation, Russia’s economic transition, and challenges relating to EU labor markets. Conference speakers will also be joined by the authors of over 50 papers accepted for the break-out sessions of the Conference, focusing on issues such as FDI, macroeconomics, trade, labor markets, governance, and institutions.
