The opening speech will be delivered by:

 

prof. Anders Aslund

Chairman of the CASE Advisory Council, senior fellow at the Peter G. Peterson Institute for International Economics, member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, adjunct professor at Georgetown University. Between 2003 and 2005 - director of the Russian and Eurasian Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Expert in the fields of Eastern Europe and economic transition. Auhor of 13 books and numerous scientific publications.
