UNDP Assessment and Programming Mission on Governance and Human Development

After collapse of Milosevic's regime UNDP Regional Bureau for Europe and CIS organized a three-weeks mission with the task to analyze the political, economic and social situation of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, particularly Republic of Serbia and propose UNDP actions in the field of human development, governance and economic reforms. Marek Dabrowski was in charge of economic reform component of this mission and was co-author of the mission report. He also prepared policy recommendations for the governments of Yugoslavia and Serbia.
